Downtown 1 Bedroom Flat

Our three night stay at Salted Roots was wonderful! Right in the heart of downtown Anchorage, we could walk to everything that we wanted to do (restaurants, shops, museum, etc.) Our 1 bedroom flat was perfect. Big windows that let in lots of light so it felt very modern and cheery inside. We also loved the views. We had a small kitchen, spacious seating area and a big bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean and nicely appointed. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient and the on site free parking was a great bonus! My husband is a train enthusiast so he loved being close to the station and I'm a heavy sleeper so the train noise didn't bother us but if you are a light sleeper you will want ear plugs (which were supplied in the room.) We had one small glitch with the room keypad and when we called the service number, someone answered right away and our issue was fixed very quickly. I'd highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Beautiful place! Conveniently located to all, clean and comfortable! Loved our stay there!
